Die Vlei
“Die Vlei” has the perfect farm wedding feel overlooking the Jakkelsvlei river with a beautiful view of Bosduifklip. The large grass field offers multiple ceremony areas where the welcome snacks can also be served. “Die Vlei” is just a short walk over a wooden bridge on either side.
We supply the hay bale seating. Only bubbles or biodegradable confetti allowed.
Rooikransbos
Rooikransbos is our new ceremony area, intimately nestled between Rooikrans trees with the windmills in the background. It is right next to the grass field and has
the same entrances over the river.

The Beach
Lambert’s Bay has some of the most beautiful beaches with breathtaking sunsets. With Bosduifklip being only 5 minutes drive from town, many of our bridal couples choose to have the best of both.
Setup and organisation of beach wedding has to be done by a private wedding planner or décor company.
The NG Church in Lambert’s Bay
Lambert’s Bay has a lovely church building that can also be used for your wedding ceremony.
Reception Options
Open Air
This is our famous outdoor reception area; nestled against the large Bosduifklip rock, overlooking the Jakkalsvlei river and farm. Here you dance under the stars and, if you plan it right, view the full moon rising over the fields.
Our tables are thick cut tree stumps and layout is not movable. We have comfortable cappuccino coloured chairs, other types of chairs can be hired in privately. We host weddings here between October till end April.
Maximum capacity: 140 guests.
Die Kraal
For rainy days and a cozy atmosphere our old ‘kraal’ area is perfect! The kraal was built by Kobus’s father in 1941. The seating area is divided into two areas with a wall and window of a blacksmith shop from 1870.
It has a high inside thatched roof and the bar built in between rocks are most unique. This area has an inside as well as outside dance floor.
Table layout is not movable and we have comfortable cappuccino coloured chairs, other types of chairs can be hired in privately.

Our Wedding Menu
We pride ourselves in our delicious home cooked food and it forms part of the magical experience of having your wedding at Bosduifklip.
We are well known for our self-help buffet menu with an abundance farm & seafood dishes.
Our pre-snacks menu consists a selection of breads, roosterkoeke, a selection of pate’s, jams and lots more!
We have 2 options for the main menu; our farm & seafood menu or a spitbraai menu (with no seafood).
We can cater for vegans & vegetarians.
